Before we get into the details of how we work with you, let’s start with the most asked question. How much do we charge for logo designs and brand building?
Our minimum level of engagement starts at $15,000 CAD and our clients typically invest between $30,000 to $150,000 CAD over the course of a year. Depending on the scope of the project.
If you are having difficulty figuring out what your marketing budget should be, 3-10% of your annual gross revenue is what most companies budget for marketing projects.
Working with us is a collaboration.
You know more about your company and industry than we do because you live and breathe it every day. We will ask you a lot of questions and do a lot of research on your competitors and industry, but there is only so much we can learn. That is why we require your help. Great things happen when you put more than one mind together. You are an important part of the process.
There will be a contract written and you will be required to sign and agree to the terms. A deposit is mandatory before we begin your project. The scope of the project will be outlined and timelines created. We will adhere to what has been agreed to and we expect the same from you. Your help is needed – Responding to emails or calls, making decisions on comps – all require your immediate attention otherwise your project could be put on hold.
Other important facts:
- We run our projects in a specific order – it will all make sense when we start
- We are detail orientated – we leave no stone unturned
- We communicate with our clients through email and phone calls – these are important tools to us
- We are prompt in our responses and expect our clients to do the same – we do not tolerate anyone that ghosts us or does not reply to our emails/calls in a timely fashion.
- Contracts and deposits are a must – we protect you and ourselves at all times
- We do not rush our work – that is when mistakes happen
- We will always meet a deadline – unless our client delays us
- We only work with business owners – they are the leader and visionary of the company, ‘decision by committee’ never works

When we create a logo or develop a brand for a client, the solution is not a pretty image. It’s a solution to a problem. It’s important to realize that the solutions we come up with are not about us or you, they are all about those you want to serve.
Long-Term Goals are Very Important
If you don’t have a vision for your company 2,5 or 10 years from now, then it might not be worth your time and money to have a logo design or brand created for your company.
